Accordingly, TRATRIX ENGINEERING LIMITED has a staff strength in excess of 200 (two hundred) employees including security personels and senior staff and we are pleased to provide the services of our team of professionals at the disposal of each Client in respect of a proposed project:

 
   

MR AUGUSTINE ALEGEH FCIArb (UK), He is the Chairman/CEO of Tratrix Engineering Limited. He attended University of Benin from 1981 to 1985 where he obtained a degree in law.

He is a Legal Practitioner called to the Nigerian Bar in 1986, a Notary Public and a Senior Advocate of Nigeria. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration (UK).

MRS. FERISHAT ALEGEH, She is the Executive Director of the Company; she attended Bayero University Kano from 1990 to 1994 and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communications from the Bayero University Kano, in 1994.

She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science from the University of Benin.

She has in-depth experience in Public Relations, Business Development and Project Management and had previously worked as the Buisness Development Manager of Reinstine Nigeria Limited before joining Tratrix Engineering Limited as the Executive Director.

MR. AL-CHABAB SAMER, The Chief Operating Officer of Tratrix Engineering Limited. He attended Damascus University, Syria Arab Republic, in 1984,and graduated with a B.Sc degree in Civil Engineering. He is a member of Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE) and Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), and Engineering Association of Syria Hama since 1984. He has worked with several companies including Stabilini Visinoni Limited, Lagos, 2008 as the Chief Operating Officer, Syria General Design & Construction, Syria as the Civil Engineer, Okmas Nigeria Limited, Port Harcourt, Nigeria as the project Manager (1993-1996) etc., he has over 25years experience garnered within the construction and project management industry
   

MR. EHIZOGIE ESEZOBOR (Company Sec./Legal Adviser), He is the Company Secretary and also the Head/Human Resources. He is a law graduate of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2004.

He was in active legal practice before joining Tratrix Engineering Limited as the Assistant Company Secretary/Legal Adviser in 2005. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.

MR SAMSON AIRIOHUODION, is the Financial Controller of Tratrix Engineering Limited. He is a 1998 Bsc graduate of Accounting and Finance from Edo State University, Ekpoma. He also holds an MBA degree obtained from Bayero University, Kano in 2005. He is a member of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He has vast experience in Banking and Finance sector. He joined Tratrix Engineering Limited in November, 2008.
       
MRS GERALDINE DURU-HARCOURT, she is the Business Development Manager of Tratrix Engineering Limited. She holds a Higher National Diploma, from The Federal Polytechnic, Nekede, Owerri, 1993 and Diploma in Computer Science from Lagos State Computer College. She is also a Certified Safety Associate (CSA) of Occupational Safety Academy. She previously worked with Runns Oil and Gas Limited and Broron Oil and Gas Limited. In all, she has garnered over 7years experience in Oil and Gas Sector and 8years in other sectors. MR. ADEREMI MATANMI, he is a seasoned Civil Engineer. He attended Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos State (1982-1989) where he obtained HND in Civil Engineering, The University of Lagos, (1991-1993); B.Sc. Civil Engineering. He worked with Reynolds Construction Company (Nig.) Limited for 7years and was actively involved in the construction of Benin-Asaba Express Road, Idiroko Express Road, Abeokuta Express Road. He also worked in SSC Nig Limited where he was also actively involved in the building of Roads, Dams, Culverts and ancilliary works at Mesube Farms, Minna, Niger State. Mr Aderemi Matanmi joined Tratrix as a Project Engineer in 2006.
   
MR. ISAAC ADELOYE joined the company in 2006 as Asphalt Plant manager after over 25years experience working in various engineering companies as Plant engineer and Plant manager. Managing the continous production and maintenance of 250 tons/hour Asphalt plant, Mr Adeloye is a holder of a technical certificate in mechanical work and Auto-mobile Engineering. Also he is a member of the Institute of Motor Industry(MIMI) and Member of the Institute of Engineers and Technicians. MR. AYO AKINUOYE is a seasoned Engineer with experiences spanning various companies including Trippo Group (West Africa) Ltd Kogi State, Buil-Gard Nig Ltd, Yobe State in site Building and Drains supervision. He joined Tratrix Engineering Limited in Year 2011 as a site Engineer.
   
MR EKWERE UBONG FRIDAY,  is a seasond Quantity Surveyor with experience in both Building and Road Construction. He joined the Quantity Surveying department as Project Quantitiy Surveyor and Logistics Manager. He holds an HND in Quantity Surveying from the Federal Polytechnic Nekede and also a member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors(NIQS) and the Nigerian Institute of Management(NIM).
